At 16, I began selling my baked goods, driven by a lifelong passion for baking, though my early attempts were often unsuccessful. A year later, I enrolled in culinary school, where I honed my skills and gained confidence in my knowledge. Now, a year after that, I'm excited to launch Knead Theory as I believe that every great creation needs a solid foundation.
